  • For your treatment, after clicking the Book Your Appointment Now button, you'll be guided through the scheduling process.
  • Enter your contact information and select next.
  • Select the Good Faith Exam Provider and choose a date and time available to complete your booking.

📧 Step 2: Watch for Three Important Emails

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive three key emails:

  1. Welcome Email
    • Click the confirmation button to verify your account.
    • A secure page will open where you'll confirm your profile details and address.
    • You’ll need a mobile phone to receive and enter a verification code.
  2. Pre-Treatment Instructions (if applicable)
    • If your selected service requires any prep, you’ll receive a detailed guide—please follow it carefully.
  3. Appointment Confirmation
    • Confirms that your appointment is officially scheduled.

🔐 Step 3: Activate Your Account

  • Click Activate in the email to access your secure portal.
  • Log in and complete your consent forms—these must be submitted before your visit.

🧪 Step 4: Complete Any Required Labs

If labs are required for your care, they must be completed and uploaded into your portal before your visit with a provider.

Our team will support you to get your labs into your portal, but you must visit one of the three Any Lab Test Now locations we have provided in order to complete your testing.

Your pre-treatment instructions email will tell you if labs are required. You will complete your labs at the appointment date and time you have booked at the location you have chosen.

👩‍⚕️ Step 5: See a Provider

Once your consent forms and any necessary labs are submitted, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to connect with a provider.
