- All sales are final. Once a service (including telehealth visits, lab testing, injections, memberships, or other medical services) has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services, regardless of usage or outcome.
- Missed or canceled appointments are not eligible for a refund. If permitted under your plan, you may reschedule subject to availability.
- Digital and membership-based services are also non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- By purchasing any service from Whole Body Health Medical, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
