We offer two flexible options: Membership-based care for ongoing wellness support, and Pay-per-visit services for one-time treatment. We also offer supplements and lab services.
Membership gives you unlimited virtual visits for just $75/month, plus discounted pricing on injections, prescriptions, and follow-ups. You’ll get direct access to licensed providers, personalized care plans, and support with labs and treatment coordination. Ideal for those focused on proactive wellness, hormone optimization, or ongoing care.
Pay-per-Visit is $85 and covers fast, one-time virtual appointments for 18 common issues like pink eye, UTI, sinus infections, flu, ED, yeast infections, and more. It’s perfect if you just need quick, effective treatment without committing to a membership.
Lab testing is available nationwide. Virtual visits and injection services are currently offered in Colorado only. All services are self-pay (HSA/FSA accepted), with clear, transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

• Getting care through Whole Body Health Medical is simple, fast, and insurance-free. You can book a virtual appointment directly from your phone or computer—no waiting rooms, no hidden fees. We partner with local labs in the Denver area to provide the point-of-care testing and lab testing.
• All care is delivered through telehealth visits, and lab testing is available nationwide through our lab partners. If you're located in Colorado, you also have access to our injection and treatment services (like testosterone, vitamin D, and more).
• Once you sign up, you'll receive instructions to book your first visit. Whether you're a member or using our pay-per-visit option, you'll meet with a licensed medical provider online, and our medical assistant team will coordinate your follow-up care, lab work, or prescription needs.
• Note: While you can message with our medical assistants for coordination and support, direct messaging with providers is not available. Prescription refills always require a new telehealth visit.
• We proudly serve adults and children (under an adult membership) and support HSA/FSA payments for all visits.

Pay-per-visit

Our pay-per-visit telehealth service is available to Colorado-based patients aged 18 to 64. At this time, we do not offer telehealth services to patients located outside of Colorado, and we do not serve individuals enrolled solely in government payer programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.
If you’ve purchased a service from Whole Body Health Medical before, you already have a profile. Your profile is created during your first purchase at wholebodyhealthmedical.com, and is used for both our main platform and patient portal. For any future pay-per-visit services, you must purchase them under your existing profile before receiving care. Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with next steps for your telehealth visit.
Your provider can send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.
No. Membership is not required for pay-per-visit services.
Yes. You’ll need to have purchased at least one service from us to create a profile and receive care.
Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for pay-per-visit services.
No. We do not bill insurance for visits. Any prescriptions provided can be filled at a pharmacy that accepts your insurance, if applicable.
No appointment is required. Simply purchase the service and follow the instructions in the follow-up email to start your visit.
No. We only provide telehealth services to patients located within the state of Colorado at the time of the visit.
No. We do not support post-visit messaging with providers. Communication is handled by our medical assistant team only. If you need follow-up care, you will need to purchase another visit.
For message-based visits, simply respond to the provider’s initial message with updates—do not resubmit the form. For video visits, you can share new information during your call.
Yes. Contact the pharmacy you want to transfer the prescription to, or request assistance from our support team.
Prescription refills are not included. A new pay-per-visit purchase is required for a refill request.
No. We do not accept home blood pressure readings as part of your intake.
We currently do not offer interpreter or ASL support for visits.

You will receive an email with the appointment details after purchasing your pay-per-visit service.
You’ll receive a secure link by email to join the video visit. Simply click the link at your scheduled time. There is no separate app required.
We do not support cancellations once a pay-per-visit purchase has been made. However, if you're unable to attend the video call, we will work with you to reschedule your visit one time. No refunds are provided.
If you miss your scheduled call, your visit will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued. You will need to purchase a new pay-per-visit if you still wish to receive care.

Your care is delivered by licensed Physician Assistants (P.A.s) and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (N.P.s) operating under the supervision of our Medical Director, who holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. All providers are credentialed to ensure the highest standard of care.
You’ll see your provider’s name and credentials during your video visit. If you have questions about licensure or qualifications, feel free to email us at support@wholebodyhealthmedical.com.
The providers that you’ll visit with during your Good Faith Exam (GFE) are based throughout the US. However, we are only offering telehealth visit for patients based in Colorado at this time. We plan to expand in the future, so stay tuned!
No. Your intake form provides the necessary information for your visit. If additional context is needed, your provider or medical assistant will request it directly from you.
Yes. You may email us at support@wholebodyhealthmedical.com with your provider’s contact details, and we’ll help facilitate that.
To request a copy of your records, including treatment plans, email support@wholebodyhealthmedical.com. Please include your full name, date of birth, the records you’re requesting, and a copy of your photo ID. Allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Our providers follow strict regulatory and evidence-based care standards. Every visit is conducted under medical protocols approved by our Medical Director, ensuring you receive high-quality, compliant care every time.
Not necessarily. Prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate.
No. We do not prescribe narcotics or any medications classified as controlled substances by the DEA or state law.
If your provider determines that your condition requires in-person care or a specialist, we will refer you appropriately. As with seeing any specialist, you are charged for a visit if the provider can’t diagnose or treat you.
