What types of services do you offer to employees?

We provide direct access to licensed medical professionals for a range of non-emergency, physical health needs. This includes:
• Injections (e.g., Testosterone, Vitamin D)
• Prescription care for common conditions (UTIs, sinus infections, strep and flu etc.)
• Sexual health screenings and prescriptions, if required (gonorrhea and chlamydia only)
• Blood testing (available nationwide)
• Wellness supplements below retail pricing (available nationwide)

What are your hours of operation?

We provide on-demand healthcare services Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. Appointments can typically be booked the same or next day.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we are a self-pay practice. We do not accept commercial insurance or Medicaid/Medicare. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards, and all of our pricing is transparent and upfront.

How do employees access your services?

Employees can access care via our secure, mobile-friendly website. They’ll be able to:
• Schedule visits
• Order labs
• Book injections
• Request prescriptions
• Purchase supplements
All communication is HIPAA-compliant and can happen via phone, email, SMS, or our online portal.

Where are services available?

Can I offer your services to remote employees?

Yes. Blood testing and supplements are available nationwide, so remote employees outside of Colorado can still benefit from aspects of our service. For full care access, employees must reside in Colorado.

Is there a setup fee or minimum employee count?

No setup fees, and no minimum employee count is required. Whether you have 3 or 300 team members, we can tailor a solution for you.
